Vincent Wong

Vincent is the founder of Tradesly AI and the voice behind everything we publish. He's spent over a decade building software for the home services industry — most notably as the founder and CEO of mHelpDesk, a field service management platform he co-founded and grew from a two-person side project into a company serving thousands of service businesses nationwide. mHelpDesk was acquired by HomeAdvisor (now Angi), an IAC company, where Vincent continued to lead the product and team. That experience — building software that real contractors, plumbers, and HVAC techs actually used every day — is what drives the Tradesly vision: AI that works the way service businesses actually operate, not the way a pitch deck imagines they do.

Outside of work, Vincent is a family-first guy. He and his wife love chasing warm weather — if there's a beach and good food, they're probably already looking at flights. They have a son and two French Bulldogs named Magnus and Rizz who run the household with zero accountability. Vincent surfs whenever he can, mostly in Costa Rica, and has recently gotten hooked on surf parks closer to home for when he can't make the trip. He's a Christian, deeply grateful for the path that's brought him here, and tends to see every challenge — business or otherwise — as a blessing in disguise. He writes because he believes the home services industry deserves better content than what's out there, and he's building a team to make that happen.
